Trolley Assistant - Stewarts Christchurch

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our team of Trolley Assistants in Christchurch.

Duties Include;

- Providing assistance to customers, enabling them to easily locate self-service trolleys and shopper baskets.

- Assisting customers with larger heavier items and returning trolleys left in car park to the Garden Centre.

- Providing support on the tills and other departments in store when necessary.

Please note that some heavy lifting is involved as well as working outdoors in all weathers!

Applicants should possess excellent communication skills and enjoy delivering a high level of customer service.  Previous till operator/cashier experience is also an advantage.

The successful candidate will work an average of 18 hours per week over a two week rota as follows;

Week 1:

Monday -  9:30am - 6:00pm 

Friday - 9.30am - 1:00pm

Saturday - 9:00am - 6:00pm

Sunday - 10:00am - 5:00pm

Week 2:

Monday - 9:30am - 6:00pm

Friday - 9:30am - 1:00pm
