Thrifty Thursday

Once again people have been flocking to our Thrifty Thursday Sales throughout the season. The queue often starts to form an hour before opening time with people vying for pole position and eyeing up the bargains as they queue. The sales will start on Thursday 5th March 2019, 9am – 12 noon every Thursday morning until Thursday 22nd October.

Animal & Play Area
Stewarts Broomhill Garden Centre

Animal Play Area

Say hello to Bertie & Gertie the goats, quack at the ducks, cluck with our chickens & enjoy the fresh air in our fun play area at Broomhill. With picnic tables and plenty of grass to run around on, it’s a perfect place for little ones to expend some energy or to enjoy some food from the coffee shop.

Open from 8.30am until 5.30pm, Monday – Saturday and 10.00am until 4.30pm on Sundays.

Pansy & Viola Bonanza Weekend

Friday 2nd – Sunday 4th October

Nothing says ‘Autumn is here’ like pansies and violas! These tough, colourful little plants guarantee vibrant long-lasting colour for containers, hanging baskets and borders. They are so easy to look after and they just keep on giving.

Visit any of our Garden Centres to see our wonderful selection of pansies and violas and to take advantage of some amazing offers.

Fruit Festival

Monday 26th October – Sunday 1st November

The autumn is without doubt the best time of year to get planting and fruit trees are no exception! That is why we are having a fruit festival to get you started in growing your own fruit.

Find amazing offers in all three Garden Centres all week.

Santa’s Winter Wonderland

It is with a heavy heart we have to announce that we will be unable to welcome Father Christmas to our Garden Centres this year.

Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, Lapland will remain in lockdown until 24th December 2020. There is sadly no air bridge between Lapland and Stewarts.

He is very upset to miss out on meeting you all before the big day, but as an older gentleman, he is in the ‘at risk’ group so has to be mindful of his health.

His elves are observing social distancing measures in the workshop but are working hard to make all the wonderful toys for the good girls and boys this year in staggered shifts.

Father Christmas will be sending his trusty reindeer to our Garden Centres so, if you’ve been good this year, whisper what you’d like to them and they’ll pass your message back to him.

Lapland’s lockdown is due to be lifted on the evening of 24th December so don’t worry, if  you’ve been  good you can still expect a present this year!

Stewarts Christchurch Coffee Shop Open for Click & Collect and Takeaway

We’re excited to announce we have now opened the Coffee Shop at Stewarts Christchurch Garden Centre for Click & Collect orders and takeaways.

Once we’re confident in our new processes we hope to roll this out at our Stewarts Broomhill and Abbey Garden Centres too.

Click & Collect

Pre-orders can be placed online at our Online Coffee Shop.

Orders placed before 2pm will be available to collect tomorrow.

Orders placed after 2pm will be available for collection the day after tomorrow.

This is to ensure we have fresh stock of all the items you’ve ordered.

Collection is during our Coffee Shop opening hours – from the time the Garden Centre opens until 1 hour before it closes.

Takeaway

We will also be opening a takeaway service from the Stewarts Christchurch Garden Centre Coffee Shop.

We cook all our food fresh onsite so using the takeaway service we cannot guarantee product availability, but we will aim to have the same products as listed on our Online Coffee Shop.

If you are looking to purchase high quantities of any one item, please use our Click & Collect service so we can be sure to have what you want!
