We are seeking to recruit a Stores and Delivery Driver Assistant to join our busy team at Christchurch on a permanent basis.
Duties will include assisting the delivery driver in customer deliveries, helping load and unload deliveries, checking off paperwork and pricing when necessary and assisting in the general housekeeping of the Stores area. Applicants should possess a driving licence, experience in using a computerised retail management system and good communication and team working skills. A Counterbalance forklift Certificate would also be an advantage. Please note that some heavy lifting will be required for this role.
The job involves working the following days/hours:
Mondays to Fridays from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. and alternate weekends during seasonal periods - 40 hours per week.
